Quote request data
When you submit a quote request through this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your county or location
- Your phone number or email address
- A description of the job you need done
This data is passed to Ranksy, our platform partner, who shares it with matched plumbers in your area. Ranksy's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data. We recommend reviewing it at ranksy.ie.
Website usage data
We collect anonymised usage data through analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general device/browser information. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, session management). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies beyond what is necessary for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect some site functionality.
How we use your data
We use the data you provide solely to:
- Match you with appropriate plumbers in your area

Quote request data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained for 24 months in aggregate, anonymised form. Email correspondence is retained for 3 years.

Third parties

- Ranksy (ranksy.ie): receives your quote request data for lead distribution to plumbers
- Cloudflare: provides hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection; may log IP addresses in access logs
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's CDN; this constitutes a connection to Google's servers
